Let's continue with classic recipes, the ones no guest ever says no to! Our breakfasts always have a little surprise at the end, a dessert, to pamper yourself before the start of your holiday day. Panna Cotta is always a must, made with just a few ingredients, simple but always delicious. Here is my recipe:

 

Ingredients for 4/5 people:

 

500 ml cream (35% fat)
5 g gelatin 
75 g sugar
vanilla extract or 1 vanilla bean


Soak the gelatin in cold water for 10 minutes.

Put the cream in a small saucepan, add the vanilla extract and sugar, and heat without bringing to a boil.

Squeeze the gelatin and add it to the cream, then stir until completely dissolved.

Pour the cream into molds.

Let them cool and put them in the fridge for at least 3/4 hours (or put them in the freezer and thaw them in the fridge before serving).

 

You can add any sauce you like, berry coulis, salted caramel, simple caramel, chocolate. It's always a treat!
