In search of a place to truly feel at home, Andrea and I, Gianna, came across this old farmhouse to renovate and fell in love with it. The feeling of being in a "magical" place, for its location, its tranquility, the untouched beauty of the woods, the pine forest and the hills, the view of the sea that brings us its scents with the wind, won us over and we decided to settle here for our life and our work.

Respect for the environment and traditions​

We tried to renovate our farmhouse, an old farmhouse whose origins date back to the late 18th century, in total respect for the surrounding environment and its structure. Born as a small stone house, over the years it was enlarged by the old owners and became a beautiful farmhouse with all the characteristics of Tuscan country houses.

 

Passion for the countryside, cooking, photography

When we met, we immediately shared our common passions and the countryside, cooking, and photography are what led us to change our lives and dedicate ourselves to making a dream come true, that of having a B&B with a few rooms 

to guarantee our guests the tranquility they seek along with good food and good drink.

A territory like ours possesses a great wealth: extra virgin olive oil and wine, produced with the benevolent influence of the sea, whose scents reach our hills, carried by the western winds.

It is possible to taste olive oil produced with the olives from our olive grove and sample local wines, perhaps accompanied by small tastings of cured meats and cheeses.

It is also possible to organize a guided tour of a renowned local winery with wine tastings accompanied by bruschetta, Tuscan cured meats and cheeses

From all our windows, the view stretches over the hills carefully tended by man and the olive grove and woods that surround the property. The distant sea reminds us that in a short time you can reach its beaches or admire it from our garden in complete tranquility.

Our facility collaborates with "Aquila Nera Horses" in Pomaia, an association that organizes multiple

activities related to horseback riding (including "Indian riding" courses, lessons and personalized courses, activities to introduce

children to the world of horses).

We stayed at this B&B in September. What can I say? Excellent property, location, and hospitality! Gianna and Andrea made us feel at home and did not treat us as mere customers, but as true guests in their beautiful farmhouse nestled in the Tuscan hills. Cozy, spacious, spotless rooms, tastefully furnished. Highly recommended for those seeking an oasis of peace and tranquility, while still being a short distance from the sea and the main Tuscan villages in the area.
Das Haus liegt etwas verborgen, dafür aber in traumhafter Landschaft und es ist wirklich absolut ruhig. Außer Vogelgezwitscher ist nichts zu hören. Die Gastgeberin ist überaus herzlich und das gesamte Haus ist liebvoll gestaltet. Das zimmer war perfekt sauber und das Frühstüch sowie das Abendessen ein Genuss! Besser geht es nicht!
The house is modern and clean. The garden is great place to relax. And the hosts are super nice, friendly, helpful. They were always ready to support us in case of any request. Many great place is within 30-40 min of driving. Easy to spend 1-2 weeks here. Higly recommended if someone wants to have a quite, relaxing place with nice hospitality.
