According to Article 13 of Legislative Decree of June 30, 2003, No. 196, containing the "Code regarding the protection of personal data" (hereinafter: "Privacy Code"), Locanda del Barbagianni B&B (hereinafter: Locanda Barbagianni B&B) provides information on the methods of processing your personal data (hereinafter: "Data") in relation to access to the Website and the services provided, as well as the related rights exercisable under the Privacy Code.

The provision of Data relating to the performance of services managed by Locanda Barbagianni B&B is mandatory as it is necessary for the correct administrative management and correspondence, including by fax or email, as well as for purposes strictly related to the fulfillment of legal, accounting, and tax obligations and those imposed by Authorities and Supervisory Bodies.
Any refusal to give consent to the processing of Data will result in the impossibility for Locanda del Barbagianni B&B to provide the requested service.
